Project 3 Finish

Project 3 is a literature review of resources related to the literacy issue you chose for Project 2.

Once you have identified your research interests in relation to your Topic and Issue in California, you will start selecting resources that support your interest in the Issue for one reason or another (it might be the purpose of the study and its findings, the context and/or population studied, the theoretical approach used in the study, etc.).

This project involves putting together and conceptualizing a comprehensive literature review and response to it around the Topic and Issue in California. You will need to locate a minimum of (5) primary, secondary and/or scholarly resources (you may pull from previous assignments, but you may not utilize any tertiary resources within this Project). You will provide an MLA formatted citation, and two paragraph explaining how each resource will support your research of the issue relating to literacy in California.

● Introductory paragraph with a thesis statement around your Topic and Issue in California.

● Collect, analyze, and explain (5) Primary/Secondary resources. Each resource should have (2) paragraphs to explain the contents. The paragraphs should:

○ 1) Paragraph of Evidence- Summarize the resource and note the important ideas to help you understand your Issue

○ 2) Paragraph of Analysis- Explain how you will use it in your research and writing

● Conclusion paragraph that reflects on the body paragraphs and looks forward towards more research.

A minimum of 1500 words, MLA format.
