Result Description

The data for this task was collected from a group of adult family and friends. The sample size was comprised of 10 male and 10 female adult family and friends. The purpose of collecting this data was to evaluate and compare the amount of coffee that males drink versus females. The results, as shown above, revealed that the male sample drinks more coffee than the female sample, and the standard deviation of the males is slightly higher than the females. This is also revealed in the Five Number Summary where the males have a higher median, and a higher value in quartiles 1 and 3 than the females. The graphs also confirm the results.
