Brief summary
For this project, I've chosen to concentrate on a school. The project idea is to create a school
facility that has the capacity to accommodate 2000 pupils at one time. This will be done for the
social purpose of increasing educational access in underserved regions of California. The
completion of this project should result in a fully operational school building that has the
capacity to accommodate 2000 pupils, as well as all of the essential amenities, such as faucets
for clean water, restrooms, and so on. The educational institution needs to be recognized as a
charitable organization. The goal of education systems should be to increase the interaction
between schools and parents in order to improve the information and assistance that is provided
to parents about effective methods for assisting their children's learning. At the same time,
educators need assistance to successfully integrate technology into their pedagogical practices
and approaches and also to assist students in overcoming some of the challenges that are linked
with the kind of learning environment that they are now participating in (Anatolyevna, &
Vadimovna, 2019).
Project goals
1. To have a school to educate, learn, and develop with an environment that is
safe and secure is necessary for both students and instructors.
2. To have a community's educational institution with the most vital structures.
3. First, complete the project while saving money.
3
Date of Beginning: The very first day of September in 2022 will mark the beginning of the
project officially.
Date of Completion: The project will be finished by September 31 in, 2022.
The most important clients for the project are parents who want their children to learn in
advanced and modern structures. Two of my big sponsors have put money into this building
venture. They all have said that if this school building project turns a handsome profit, they'll
put additional money into the construction firm for future endeavors.
Stakeholders

2. Martin construction &Decorations
Three (3) key milestones and /or
1. Initial meeting to arrange the project (September 1, 2022, at six o'clock) - this will be the
initial meeting to plan the event, and a means to get everyone motivated and eager for the event
(Andreasen, et al., 2020).
2. Schedule a meeting with the owner and the relevant local authorities on October 12, 2022 -
this meeting will be an excellent opportunity to give the owner with the information necessary
to demonstrate that everything is proceeding as planned.
3. The delivery of the finished project will take place at the end of the project (on September
31, 2022).
Three deliverables for your project.
1. Establishing a Timeline for the Project.
2. Having everyone involved in the project use and see flowcharts and other visual aids to
explain the project's stages and deadlines.
4
3. Stakeholders should be consulted often; their feedback should be used whenever
possible to ensure the quality of project management outputs.
Create a depiction of a high-level timeline that includes key tasks and deadlines.
1. Hold a meeting for planning on September 1, 2022, at six o'clock. (Owner and local
authorities)
• What will the Overarching Concept Be?
Who will be accessible, and when will they be available?
• What plans do you have to pay for the building of the school?
• Establish a deadline for finishing (the deadline for finishing is September 31, 2023)?
• Have a group discussion to generate ideas for enjoyable activities for the children to
participate in.
• Where exactly will the new school be located?
2. 09/3/2022-09/6/2022
• Hand out registration forms to every member of the fellow team and instruct them to write
down the times they will be able to provide a hand with the preparation and dismantling of the
school.
3. Provide a menu, as well as a number of people who will be visiting the school, and confirm
the date with them- 09/30/2023-09/10/2022
4. Hold a meeting with the owner of the project on 08/30/2023
To give the project owner an update on the building of the school and identify any difficulties
that may have arisen (Li, 2020)
5. Obtain the owner's permission to go on with the setup of the school.
6. Monitor if the school structures are all working fine.
7. Deliver the project to the owner on 09/31/2023
5
Above is Timelines for each milestone and identify potential roadblocks and mitigation
efforts. Include rationale for the chosen timeline and potential roadblocks to meeting
deadlines.
