I want you to do some additional research into any aspect of these topics: biomechanics and exercise physiology. I have provided you with an examples of supplemental course material. For this assignment, please provide an article, video, etc. on any aspect of biomechanics and exercise physiology.  Also include a short summary/ synopsis, analysis of material and personal reaction of the material. The submission period for this assignment is Monday, July 20 through Saturday, Aug. 8.

You will receive 65 points for each complete of the two chapters (1 that revolves around biomechanics and one that revolves around exercise physiology) materials that you present. (130 points max)
