1. Key Stakeholders and Potential Stakeholders

The key stakeholders in the UP Company include owner, chief marketing officer, chief executive financial officer, suppliers, designers, customers and employees. According to Witt and Stahl (2016), key stakeholders need to be engaged in important decision-making processes of an organization. Company will make sure that the key stakeholders are involved in various actions of the organization.

Chief executive financial officer contributes to keeping financial position of the company stable and healthy.

Suppliers (external stakeholder)

Suppliers will be responsible for making sure they supply gym machines that are of high quality and other services that can ensure high quality gym services and Deliver the order on time.

Employees (internal stakeholder)

Employees are responsible for offering high quality services that can assist customers in enhancing their physical exercise.

Investors (external stakeholder)

Investors contribute to the project by providing more funds that can assist in the expansion of the company.

Customers – The employee who are working in the company (external stakeholder)

Customers provide information concerning their taste and preferences for gym services.

Designer (internal stakeholder)

Designer contributes to the company by coming up with gym service packages that can meet the needs of the targeted customers.

(2017), specifying the duties and responsibility of workers in projects is crucial in avoiding conflict of interests among the workers. 4. A Communication Matrix

Communication is important in projects as it helps in making ideas clear among the stakeholders. According to Yap, Abdul-Rahman and Chen (2017), communication helps in achieving project success as the key stakeholders can be able to share and understand the set objectives. For example, through clear communication map in the project can assist in ensuring that the goals set are achieved.

5. A Breakdown of Work (WBS)

The activities of the UP project will entail procurement of the appropriate equipment, marketing of the gym services, designing gym and conducting marketing research. These activities will be integrated to achieve the set objectives of the project.

6. The Initial Schedule

The project will take three months where the management will start with listing the companies. The activities of the project will spread within the three months where the management will put the necessary measures in place to start operations.
