Purpose

To briefly explain how an organisation design programmes and plan these programmes for risk and resilience in a supply chain of industry/sector.

Note: programme means “steps of management or operational planning” and NOT software programme.

Task

1. Read key materials, other books and articles to understand the theoretical foundation.

2. Explain the key concepts: planned programmes of risk and resilience; by linking the theoretical foundation with this real-life cases or examples.
