The systematic utilization of evaluation is one that has solved lots of problems and assisted most of the community-based institutions in doing whatever they get to do more appropriately. When the program happens not to be effective, one should assess the theory of the program through having it related to the necessities of the program’s target population that is meant to serve. In case the said program theory ends up failing to address the requirements of the targeted population it gets to be rendered ineffective despite when it gets to be implemented appropriately. The training is also supposed to be evaluated due to the fact that the operating unit managers are making efforts to enhance performance without necessarily having to be the advanced learning in which the trainers normally judge their training success. The main aim of having the program evaluated is to utilize the information in having the programs improved.
