Written Program Proposal

1. Program concept (general description of idea – Grand Opening Event of a hookah lounge/bar 

2. Program Goals or Objective - To show the type of crowd what the environment has to offer in terms of entertainment, hookah flavors and menu. 

3. Program is being produced for whom? The event is being produced for people of the community and loyal customers. 

4. Approximate Anticipated Attendance 500 people 

5. Is there an admission or registration fee? There is no admission fee.

6. Essential elements a venue must have in order to be considered? The venue must have ventilation in order to smoke hookah and be able to breathe freely, a bar to serve alcohol, restrooms for the guest to use, dj booth for the djs to play and a space to have a hookah room and kitchen.

7. Locations/venues under consideration (at least 2 must be listed) In the heart of wynwood or at a rooftop

8. Potential Dates and Times: July 14th at 8pm.

9. What is the “wow” factor of your event? What is its uniqueness or memorability? The wow factor about the event would be an unforgettable experience, exquisite hookahs and a great time. We will offer fruit hookahs as well and drink specials for happy hour. We will also be hosting different djs.
