It looks like you combined part one and part four which is fine. However, your résumé still needs work according to the notes I've provided on prior drafts. Your spelling and capitalization is also not standard so please make efforts to do some closer proofreading. Your letter is fairly well written but doesn't address the specific experiences and talents you have that would make you a good human resource manager. Human resources is a very specific field and while you've addressed some management issues and communication issues, I think you need to tie your experience and aptitude a little more clearly to the job requirements as listed. As we've discussed, there are several challenges on this résumé that aren't following typical formatting. Job tasks are seen in bullet points and start with action verbs that show what your activities were on that job. Soft skills are also not spelled out separately but are embedded in the job or volunteer experience descriptions.
