It is said we are all born as blank slates and the responsibility of what we will write on the slates remains up to us. As such, we make choices regarding how we want to relate with others and the principles that we want to observe, it is all up to us (Furnham, 2017). I believe that we all are inclined towards the betterment of ourselves because as humans, we are expected to strive to attain the best. This is the belief that pushes me every day, the idea that I can be better that what I previously was and I can perform better than I previously ever had. It is this belief that should be the hall mark of a great worker and it is the belief that I intend to bring to the workplace.

One of the skills that I possess is that i am a great manager of human resources. I believe that for any organization to function at optimum, then the human resources should be satisfied. People are what make companies great. I am also hardworking, diligent and respond well to criticism.

The reason why this philosophy is important to me is because I intend to be one of the greatest human resource managers ever. People are a fascinating subject and what really marks them out is that how they are approached is proportional to their performances. I believe that I can make people output greater by making them realize that they have the potential to define their output in any setting. This is the reason why I would be an asset in the organization.
