Ahmad works in a game development company named as GamePro where he has signed an agreement not to disclose company’s “policies and procedures” to any other employer even after the quitting his job from GamePro. Few months later, Ahmad finds a new job in another company GamingLegends and he joins this company on a high position of a software manager. During his time at GamingLegends, Ahmad realizes that a few updates that he performed at GamePro would benefit the people working under him therefore, Ahmad provides some performance targets to his team and provide them with some open-source information which might also relate to his previous employer ‘GamePro.’ Evaluate the actions of Ahmad on the basis of Kantian (1st formulation) and Social Contract Theory. Also, specify if Ahmad’s actions are right or wrong by providing the conclusion for each evaluation.

Suppose you have created a novel video which you would like to share later on your web page. You would prefer people to download your video from the web page, however, they should not use it for ‘commercial’ purposes. Moreover, you would also like to retain the copyright for your video. How would you deal with the above situation i.e., allow people to download your video for non-commercial use and still maintain the copyright? Explain your answer.

RFID tag is useful for humans as it is used to store ‘medical information’. In your opinion, how would an RFID tag be more beneficial without violating our rights to privacy?
