Providing or Accessing a Mission Statement/Strategic Plan and operating a facility according to the plan

Ex. I rate myself at 3. I came into the director position with a mission statement in place. I have worked with the board to fine-tune the mission as the school has grown.

Conducting Marketing and Public Relations activities inside and outside the center and talking to prospective parents that visit the facility

Creating and Maintaining a Staffing Pattern/Schedule that meets economic and best practices goals

Creating and Maintaining a Salary and Benefits Schedule that meets economic and best practices goals.

Planning and Maintaining Overhead and Operational Budgets that demonstrate sound fiscal management, including provision for audits by an outside professional service on an annual basis
