Presenting issues and purpose of contact: This is the first meeting with Mrs. B her case manager for DSHS reached out to sound options to see if we could be of assistance. Mrs. B has MS and can not work she is homeless and has used her stimulus checks to stay in motels. She has to be out by 06/15/2021. She needs assistance with housing and applying for social security. She also has outstanding medical bills that she needs help finding ways to pay them.
