Process and Outcome Objectives/Process and Effect Evaluation Activity – Worth 50 points
Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is draft process and outcome objectives related to a health program, describe the process of interventions and describe the process evaluation related to a health program project.
Assignment Details: In this assignment you will draft process and outcome objectives, determine process interventions and provide a description of the process evaluation of your health program project.
1. Draft at least one program goal that supports your health program project. The purpose of the program goal in relation to program planning/evaluation is briefly summarized and supported by literature.
2. Write 2-3 process objectives for your health program project. The purpose of the process objectives in relation to program planning/evaluation is briefly summarized and supported by literature.
3. Write 2 outcome objectives for your health program project. The purpose of the outcomes objectives in relation to program planning/evaluation is briefly summarized and supported by literature.
4. Draft a description of process intervention(s) (using flow chart or graph – plus brief explanation) for your health program project. The purpose of the process interventions in relation to program planning/evaluation is briefly summarized and supported by literature.
5. Provide a description of the process and effect evaluations for your health program project. Develop specific goals/benchmarks that you might be evaluating after implementing your program (what data will need to be collected to evaluate the program)?
6. Utilize APA format when completing this activity – paper should have title page and reference page and follow APA format. 7. Utilize at least 3 scholarly references when completing this activity. 8. The paper should be approximately 2-4 pages without title and reference pages. 9.
