Problem Statement

Historical Introduction: There weren't any specific years when the space microgrid was introduced; however, in recent years, several space groups have been aiming to build a permanent, manned outpost on the Moon. Several space agencies, including the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), and the China National Space Administration (CNSA), have announced plans to put humans on the moon as early as 2024. These organizations believe that we could use the moon for solar as a way to be used in heavy industries. As a way to use these solar panels, we believe that we could build a microgrid in order to be used for renewable energy sources.

Market and Competitive Product Analysis:

Concise Problem Statement: We wanted our solar panels to replicate moonbase solar tower design with the ability to shift solar panels up, down, left, and right. We wanted this because we wanted to be able to move it whenever there's a meteor or any sort of danger that could damage the solar tower.

Implications of Your Success: So far, we just bought the equipment in order to build our panels.
