Problem Statement

TQM has the potential to benefit both employees and organizations. By focusing on quality management and continuous improvement, businesses can foster and sustain long-term success for both clients and the firm. TQM's emphasis on quality enables the identification of staff skill gaps and the associated training, education, or mentorship required to close them. However, studies show that Ineffective implementation of TQM may result in Poor quality of the product and/or cost increases. Addressing this problem would help industries to anticipate the factors that can adversely affect the implementation of the TQM across various industries. This research paper aims to study the factors that were contributed for the ineffective implementation of the TQM. Qualitative and Quantitative research findings of various authors will be used to fathom the factors and attributes that are contributing for the implementation of the TQM. These research findings will be contextualized with the literature review and the analysis across the various industries.
