1. Are Mr. And Mrs. Roberts liable to Brain Sullivan under the theory of social host liability?

2. Under the cases presented in chapter one, is Kathy liable as a social host? After all, she is the one who had the party at her parent’s home.

3. Should Mr. And Mrs. Roberts be held because they should have known that unsupervised children could or would drink the liquor in the game room?
