A report was filed by your instructor Ms. Davis in MGT 20140 XH134 regarding work that may be in violation of the academic honesty policy. As a result of this report, a review of your "Operational Processes Scorecard" submission was completed. It was found that this assignment was obtained from Course Hero, a website that facilitates the sharing of student papers. This is a violation of the academic honesty policy under the section of "Cheating" and is a deliberate attempt to deceive your instructor into believing that you have completed this work on your own. SNHU takes incidents of academic dishonesty seriously. Due to this violation, you are being issued a formal reprimand and are being placed on probation until 10/21/2022, which has been recorded in your student disciplinary file. Should there be another incident your actions may be brought before a disciplinary committee with the outcome of suspension or dismissal from Southern New Hampshire University as a possibility.
