Project Blueprint

You will create a Project Blueprint using assignments created during the class. It is not necessary to create new content other than an introduction and conclusion for the project plus transitions to make the project flow better, but you are required to address comments provided by your faculty member and make updates accordingly.

Using the template provided, complete the comprehensive Final Case for PRM301: Project Blueprint. Since you have a series of different reference lists for each assignment, you’ll need to combine them for this submission.

To make the work flow better, add a sentence at the end of each section or the beginning of the next to connect them.

· Include rationale for your Gantt chart. (1 page)

· Critical risk that could prevent meeting a deadline or goal. (1/2 page)

· Contingency plan for the risk. (1 page)

Module 3 Case:

· Project Application (1 page)

Module 4 SLP:

· Measurement of project success (1 page)

· Feedback plan (1 page)
