Quality Agreements

Quality Standards are deliverables of the project what should be itemized and listed. Thus, will ensure quality of services and product being rendered by vendors.

Project Management Concepts

Net Present Value Analysis refers to the difference of value of cash now and value of cash at a future date this us determined what the financial gains of the project will out weight todays investment.

Return on Investment

You use the Return of investment is calculated you would divide the net profit by the cost on the investment and multiply by 100 using excel application.

Payback Analysis

This is used to determine a payback over a period. This is important to decisions making to the cash flow derived from the asset of the project. Formula used y dividing the amount of the investment by the annual cash flow.

Balance scorecard

s a strategic planning and management system that organizations use to: Communicate what they are trying to accomplish. Align the day-to-day work that everyone is doing with strategy. Prioritize projects, products, and services. Measure and monitor progress towards strategic targets.

The Weighted Scoring Model

is a prioritization framework designed to help you decide how to prioritize features and other initiatives on your product roadmap? With this framework, initiatives are scored according to a set of common criteria on a cost-versus-benefits basis and then ranked by their final scores.
