You were supposed to make this kind of way of Prewriting like she did, not rough draft. So make like this way that this person did, maybe use your rough draft into a prewriting like this:

1. The focus of the Rhetorical Analysis is regarding how the image of women and young girls are heavily influenced by the media.

2. My three reason for supporting that Jennifer made a good claim are:

a: The stories of other women including her own.

b: Proof of profitable agendas for the media.

c: The use of statistics shown in the documentary.

3. My thesis is: Jennifer Siebel Newsom, effectively convinces the audience of "Miss Representation," that the image of women and young girls are heavily influenced by the mainstream media through the use of the stories of other women, including her own, the proof of profit for the media, and the statistics shown in the documentary.

4. Proof from the documentary are the stories of Jennifer and others about the body image they have had to live up to when being influenced by media, television, and magazines. Also, women having to try and live up to the standards of men in their professional careers but never being recognized for their contribution.

Other Proof is the proof of profits all the commercials, the movie industry, and even the news outlets has made throughout the years by using women as sex symbols even if used only in a subtle way.

There is also proof in her documentary showing all the statistics of womens issues. Also comparing the statistics of women vs men in certain situations.

In conclusion of the documentary, I think Jennifer Newsom did a good job educating others regarding the way women have been portrayed in society through the media, leading young girls to being self conscious, having eating disorders, abuse, and being degraded. Hopefully as we keep working towards a better understanding of our worth and rising above the medias perception of us, we will be recognized as an equal to our male counterparts.
