A permit by rule is considered to be a preconstruction permit that is usually issued by a reviewing type of authority that may be effectively applied to a number of the same types of emissions units or even sources within a certain designated level of category. A permit by rule can be written to help in addressing a single type of emissions unit as well as a group regarding the same kind of emissions units. The permit by rule evaluation in this case will focus on an aircraft Manufacturing external painting booth. The PBR evaluation will help in attaining a permit by rule for the company. The key focus of the aircraft Manufacturing firm will be on the natural along with the anthropogenic types of air pollutants. Natural air pollutants can come from fires caused by the volcanic mountains used while the anthropogenic pollutants can arise from manmade aspects such as the chemicals used in the paints (Conference on Modern Oil Paints, & In Berg, 2019).

By having comprehensive Understanding of the various types of pollutants can help in the achievement of the knowledge needed to eradicate the harmful types of pollutants in the ingredients used in the Manufacturing of the aircraft paints. The aircrafts are usually considered to be highly flammable thus the need to have paints that are safe for use and do not hard any further damage on the same. Hazardous systems and aspects will be identified so that they can be eradicated which will increase the success associated with management of the working systems as well as minimization of the human and the environmental risks (Ge et al., 2014). Physical as well as chemical control Measures will be put into place to ensure that there is removal of all the harmful particles.
