I need a presentation about the article I have attached :this is my part I need 5-6 slides

In the PowerPoint I need only bullet point, but in a separate word paper you have to explain all the bullet point that you have written and you should be critical and show understanding I will be reading from this paper as a notes for explaining my parts in the presentation

You have to follow this marketing criteria :Paper is clearly articulated and presented. Students clearly understand the purpose of the paper, its methodology, results and limitations. Students also provide a critique of the paper.

As a guide you may consider the following:

· Start by explaining what is block ownership in a separate slide.

· What is the nature of the paper – theoretical or empirical? Slides 1

Is an empirical paper why ?

because is explaining the relationship between block ownership and market liquidity () explain more why is empirical how did we know that is empirical

· What is the purpose of the paper and – does it fill so-called ‘gaps’? (Does it add anything to the existing literature ,which means did the research add anything to the previous researches mentioned in the article ) slides 2

· Is the underlying theory clearly articulated? explain how slides 3

· Is the literature review informative and relevant to the study? Explain slides 3

· If the paper is empirical are the empirical findings clearly presented, correctly/fully discussed and tested? Slides 4

Then You start saying how many samples the research has taken to test and how many they were before ,

Then You explain what variable the research has been using ( dependent which ones ? and independent which ones ? ) slides 4

· are all data sources clearly referenced?

· has the data been used before or are they original? I think it has been used before

· are summary statistics appropriately presented and inference drawn?

You have to mention the descriptive statictic ( the mean median focusing on the main theory and variables ) slides 5

· do the data relate to the theory/issue under test?
