Focusing on the increasing g number of the aging population and elderly who live longer compared to past generation experience more chronic complications including mental illness and physical disabilities that arise. This increases the demand for attention for special care to this population and the need to face the challenges facing older people in getting affordable, highquality care.

5 Conclusion
