Hypotheses are analytical assertions that are linked to the research questions (NCU Libraries, 2020). We examine whether there is a link or correlation between personality and job satisfaction in this presentation.  The null hypothesis says that the variables have no association.

The null hypothesis is the one that must be rejected (NCU Libraries, 2020).

There is no link between job satisfaction and personality, according to the null hypothesis.

The alternative hypothesis is that there is a link between job satisfaction and personality.
