Speech on Resolving Employee Issue

‘Good afternoon class, today I want to talk about how companies can be able to achieve the goals that they have set. Resolving of the issues that disturb a company will mean that an organization will have to do a lot with the aim of getting to the bottom of issues that make an organization not to conduct all that it does in a way that is good. I would love to address the issue of the importance of employees to an organisation like Brime Wear, one of the things that stand out is that employees are a vital part in an organisation since they are the people with the necessary skills to run a business and that means that they are a delicate part and need to be handled in ways that are very critical(Lazaroiu,2015).This speech looks at the issues of how the employees in an organization like Brime wear can be handled making them be of much value to the organization.’

‘Class, it should be understood that the way employees are treated is what matters and that will give directions to the way an organization will be able to carry all the plans of an organization. Looking at the organization which is Brime Wear Company, the many complains within the organization should have to be resolved so that there is no derailment of the things that are being undertaken by an organization. One thing that disrupts the way employees work within an organization is as a result of hiring and firing them in any way (Devito,2016). That should not be the case as the employees need to be treated in ways that are good with the aim of sustaining them.’

‘In dealing with the issues to do with employees, it is good to consider a lot of issues that can help in solving the problems that come up due to performance that is poor. One thing that can help in dealing with the problems that are associated with employees is by addressing the problems that they normally face. The performance of employees is normally dependant on the ability to work for the employee and even the motivation for the employees to be able to perform what they can in ways that are right(Mujtaba,2013). I agree with research that employees fail to perform better because of the lack of enough resources, minimal time, and even lack of enough supplies and that makes the workers not to perform as they should be. However, management should know how to deal with such problems.’

‘Lack of motivation is the other factor that can make employees not to perform as it should be. As a result of no rewards, employees may not be able to perform as it should. This means that employees are not able to perform as it should be. In order For employees to be able to work well, it is good to appreciate the work that they do with the aim of making them better in whatever they are engaging in.Despite all the factors that should be put in place for the employees to be able to work well, it is also good for employees to be able to get to know the work that they are doing with the aim of making their work, even more, better(Sims,2015).With all that is said and done it is good for both management and employees to be able to work for the good of an organization. Thank you for listening to me.’
