Find and view several online videos on unified communications. Identify the URLs for three that you think do a particularly good job illustrating the characteristics and capabilities of UC systems. Select the one that you think is best and briefly justify your selection.

                   People working on a project in an organization from different offices or students attending lecture from different places, use technology in a big way to share messages, videos,  share desktops and many more similar usage to get the task done. Since these usage involves different tools, and these may not be from same vendors, it becomes important to integrate these tools, so that user can work easily and seamlessly without issues and be more effective. This integration of several hardware and software to ensure easy communication is called Unified communication. The main challenges faced when it comes to UC is cost to setup, managing the system and Interoperability, as not all devices or softwares integrate well with each other. The main advantage is the ease of use, capability to work seamlessly even when located in a remote location, and the overall increase in productivity and efficiency.

It also briefly describes difference between communication and collaboration and its importance to an organization
