Why Project Management?

Project is referred as a set of tasks or activities. And Project Management involves a series of five process groups, namely

1. Initiation

2. Planning

3. Execution

4. Monitoring and Control

5. Closure

As an accomplish Project Management leads to various benefits such as

· Identification of time limits for scheduling

· Reducing the essential for continuous reporting

· Measurement of accomplishment against plans

· Enhanced estimating capability for future planning

The benefits should be overcome by following complications, they are

· Project Risk

· Changes in Technology

· Complexity of the project

· Restructuring of the organization

During my graduation course, I learned to know that there are several classes which are mandatory to stream which I enrolled and I found to be difficult as to go and attend the classes.

After few months I created a structure as which subject are most important and attend the tutorial, also how much time spending on travelling to give more importance on studies.

Project Life Cycle

The Project Life Cycle describes as the phases during the development of program, project or product.

As the Project Life Cycle includes the following phases, they are

· Conceptual – Mentions evaluation of idea and resulting the impact on time, cost and requirements

· Planning – This phase describes the refinements of elements in conceptual phase. It also includes the initial preparation of documentation to support the system

· Testing – This phase is standardization phase, as all the operations can start.

· Implementation – This phase integrates the project’s service into the current organization.

· Closure – The Closure phase includes the reallocation of resources. This phase evaluates the efforts and serves as input to conceptual phase for the new projects

During the summer holidays I and my cousins planned to visit some of the pilgrimages as it was unsure to when we have to visit.

A few weeks later my elder cousin suggested to go waterfall places as well as to visit few other religious places nearby to it, as it was not a bad idea and every siblings were okay with the plan.

After taking permission with our parents we packed our luggage’s and headed to the destination with joy and full of adventure.

In order to become a Good Project Manger the some of the skills should be observed they are

After my graduation, I applied to all kinds of sectors to get a decent job and fulfil my requirements; during the selection process I was unable to produce the certain confidence level which was a dis-advantage.

After practising in speaking skills and improving my all other technical skills, I successfully placed in an MNC and challenged every task and resolved with broad mind and got adapted to handle situation with logical thinking.

Organizational Staffing Process

The topic mainly describes about the types of individuals, how many individuals and when these individuals will be needed for the project to complete on time.

As the Team members will be assigned on the project and will meet with the Project Manager, Upper – level Management and the Manager where all the project are requested individually as they are assigned.
