Introduction
I started my training in Somou Alresalah International School and the duration was four months . Itit was a great honor to be trained here on it . Having the opportunity to work in several department has given me the chance to learn new skills and enhance my knowledge.
And I worked on different department which gave me the opportunity to deal with it and learn new things

First of all it is a very secure area with constant surveillance for security with patrol cars etc. The area is clean and is close to a commercial area. It is not on any main road; therefore decreasing the chance of traffic accidents.

3.1 Title
STUDENTS SERVICES MOBILE APPLICATION FOR SOMOU AL RESALAH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
3.2 Introduction
The idea of this project based on a mobile application (app.) This is a mobile application project where , the application is more important enable the students to see for show the calendar colander of school, add events, booking the bus and the students can also be notify by see the alert notifications in quickly at real time.
That connection and communication connects between the administration of the school (the manager.)and with the students and creates a useful interaction producing services sought by students. One of the services can the app. offer is that the students are able to updates their data constantly, so they could easily pursuit their post graduate studies. Another service could be offered is that the admin. Will inform the students of the current or upcoming news, events, activities and gatherings that they could attend to or participate in. The most important service given by this app. is to build a community page giving the students the opportunity to interact effectively, so they can form groups and gatherings to improve their skills, hold professional events and create job opportunities, and exchange their experiences.

Project planning is at the heart of the project life cycle, and tells everyone involved where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. The planning phase is when the project plans are documented, the project deliverables and requirements are defined, and the project schedule is created. It involves creating a set of plans to help guide your team through the implementation and closure phases of the project. The plans created during this phase will help you manage time, cost, quality, changes, risk, and related issues. They will also help you control staff and external suppliers to ensure that you deliver the project on time, within budget, and within schedule.
The project planning phase is often the most challenging phase for a project manager, as you need to make an educated guess about the staff, resources, and equipment needed to complete your project. You may also need to plan your communications and procurement activities, as well as contract any third-party suppliers.
The purpose of the project planning phase is to:

As looking to our needs as we are on the verge of graduation from school, we found it is good to invent an initiative which provides for students all they need and develops their academic gains and skills. Thus, we will be ready to join the labor market with confidence. Returning to the student's system, we did not find what provides our needs. Android Studio is the official IDE for Android App Development and it is based on IntelliJ IDEA.
Android studio contains all the tools which are required to build an application.
It is an Intelligent IDE.
Android Features:

It also provides LINT tools so that we can check problems like version compatibility, performance, etc.

Understanding the expectations cannot be done while you are constructing and testing the solution. The Analysis Phase is where the project lifecycle begins. The Analysis Phase is where you break down the deliverables in the high-level Project Charter into the more detailed business requirements. The Analysis Phase is also the part of the project where you identify the overall direction that the project will take through the creation of the project strategy documents.
Gathering requirements is the main attraction of the Analysis Phase. The process of gathering requirements is usually more than simply asking the users what they need and writing their answers down. Depending on the complexity of the application, the process for gathering requirements has a clearly defined process of its own. This process consists of a group of repeatable processes that utilize certain techniques to capture, document, communicate, and manage requirements. This formal process, which will be developed in more detail, consists of four basic steps.

· Verification
Although gathering requirements is the main focus during the Analysis Phase, there are other important activities during this phase as well. One is to create a Requirement Management Plan to define how the requirements will be documented, communicated, tracked and changed throughout the rest of the project lifecycle. This plan will specifically address establishing a baseline, a change control process, and a way to track the requirements through the rest of the lifecycle. Another important activity is to set the overall direction for work that does not take place until later. This is accomplished through a series of direction-setting strategy documents. For instance, once you have your requirements, you can start to set the overall direction for training in a Training Strategy document. The strategies are at a high-level and are later defined at a lower level before they are finally implemented toward the end of the project.
Lastly, the project team creates an optional document that helps transition from the Analysis Phase to the more technical and detailed Design Phase. This document, called a Conceptual System Design, provides client feedback into many of the ways that the final solution will be implemented. This feedback includes much of the look-and-feel of the final solution.

3.3.5 Testing phase
Software Testing Life Cycle refers to a testing process which has specific steps to be executed in a definite sequence to ensure that the quality goals have been met. In Testing development life cycle levels, each activity is carried out in a planned and systematic way. Each phase has different goals and deliverables. Unit Testing – is done from our developers to test the smallest testable part of an application like classes, procedures and interfaces to ensure that the set of inputs given will return the proper value required. Unit testing is done before any other testing type and basically before integration testing phase.
Component Testing - is a method where testing of each component in an application is done separately. The Component testing is also known as module and program testing. It finds the defects in each module separate of the system and verifies the process of functioning of developed software.
Integration Testing – is done to test the process of communication between each developed component together and to verify the interaction executed in different parts of the system. Integration testing is done by our specific integration tester or completed by our test team.
System Testing – is executed to test the behavior of the whole system/product as defined by the scope of the development project or product. The current tests generated are made based on risks and/or requirement specifications, business process, use cases, or other high-level descriptions of system behavior, interactions with the operating systems, and system resources. System testing is most often the final test to verify that the system to be delivered meets the specification and its purpose.
Acceptance Testing - the main goal of acceptance testing is to establish confidence in the developed system and is most often focused on a validation type testing. The acceptance testing also consists of operational acceptance test, contract acceptance test and compliance acceptance testing.
Alpha Testing - is one of the most common software testing strategy used in software development process. Alpha testing is testing of an application when development is about to complete. Alpha testing is typically performed from our software test engineers, or software QA engineers.
It is final testing before the software is released to the public. It has two phases: In the first phase of alpha testing, the software is tested by in-house developers. They use either debugger software, or hardware-assisted debuggers. The goal is to catch bugs quickly.
In the second phase of alpha testing, the software is handed over to the software QA staff, for additional testing in an environment that is similar to the intended use.
Beta Testing - is also known as field testing. It takes place at customer’s site. It sends the system/software to users who install it and use it under real-world working conditions. A beta test is the second phase of software testing in which a sample of the intended audience tries the product out.
3.4 Conclusion
After complete the training courses, I have good experiences in create mobile application using android studio program and database. I learn how to build a simple Android app. First, I learn how to create a simple project with Android Studio and run it. Then, you create a new interface for the app that takes user input and switches to a new screen in the app to display it. Before I start, there are two fundamental concepts that I need to understand about Android apps: how they provide multiple entry points, and how they adapt to different devices.

Conclusion
The training program taught me to understand the school and education environment .in addition , in allowed me to develop skills that I need in any workplace .Training in school was a great opportunity for me to add a lot of knowledge and skills It was truly enriching experience that elaborated my technical skills despite the short period of training, it improved my understanding .
The coop program is very useful for student , especially those who have fear from being in real workplace because they cannot see how the theories taught in college are to the actual application . I would like to thank everyone that I have worked with .and I hope that I have been cooperative and easy to work .
