Instructions:

Students will present a recorded overview or summary of their proposal. Students will be expected to highlight the main points in your proposal: the social problem, program (intervention), research question, sample, sampling strategy, design, measures, study limitations, social work implications (clinical and policy)/future directions. Each presentation should last approximately 15 minutes.

You have two choices for the presentation. First, you can create a video of you making the presentation. You can approach the presentation however you feel would best highlight the proposal. For example, some past presentations included pictures or short videos. For this option, you should submit the video link (for the unlisted or private video in YouTube) to the drop box.

Second, you can also create a voice-over PowerPoint presentation. For this option you record your voice presenting the information while the viewer watches the slides.   You then upload your PowerPoint file into the drop box.

There are numerous technology options available, I believe these two options are the most user-friendly. However, if you have another program (for example Camtasia) or or approach you would like to use, please ask. 

Students will present their program evaluation proposal to the class and instructor during the last weeks of class, as outlined below:
