Overview

For this assignment you will be creating a PowerPoint presentation to a Christian organization. This PowerPoint presentation assignment will help you examine the exercise of ethical influence, explain the key differences between healthy and unhealthy conflict management, and generate ideas for how to effectively use ethical influence and manage conflict. Each of these learning outcomes are valuable tools that can be utilized within an organizational setting, academic setting, or in everyday personal life situations.

Instructions

You are an independent consultant to companies. You have been called upon by a Christian organization to conduct a training session wherein you teach employees about the following topics:

1. The use of power in relationships

2. Authenticity in relationships

3. Effectively communicating expectations to others

4. Healthy conflict management

5. Effective negotiation

Develop a 12–15-slide narrated PowerPoint presentation presenting your ideas to the employees. Be sure to integrate a Christian worldview throughout your presentation, supporting any biblical perspectives with Scripture. Include a cover slide with the title of the presentation and your name on it. Include a reference list presented in current APA format with a minimum of 3 scholarly sources (including the text). The cover slide and reference slide do not count toward the 12-slide minimum. Make sure to include audio to accompany the slides as though you were giving a live presentation.
