Psychology: Psychotherapy Group Note:

Patient attended a 30-minute group from 1440-1510. Today’s group addressed positive ways she will liked to be remembered by others and her strategies to obtain and/or continue such traits. Patient did not feel comfortable in reading her responses; however, she allowed the therapist to read it for her. Patient indicated that she would like to be remembered as being helpful, funny, and selfless. She stated that she would need to decrease her angry outbursts and help her family more. Patient gained an awareness in learning the importance her family has on her life. She participated fairly during the session. Focused on treatment goal # ___.
