 Make an informative presentation by Submitting 10 PowerPoint slides with audio on your topic. I WILL ADD THE AUDIO MYSELF JUST SEND ME SEPRATE DOC FOR WHAT I SHOULD SAY FOR EACH SLIDE!!!

· Identify several networking platforms and explain how they work.

· Based on what is learned from research, explain how college students can use social media, the internet, and networking to  help them land their dream jobs once they get out of school. 

· NEXT explain how the use of social media can hurt a person's chances of getting a desired career or of advancing in their field. 

· NEXT identify a company or person in YOUR field of interest 

share what YOU learned about the benefits and drawbacks of social media in landing a career and advancing in a field.  In addition, share what they learned about the company/person and the field based on their research.

· Topic to present powerpoint on is NETWORKING

· Locate an article on your topic and research the topic. You may use articles in popular publications such as Time, Newsweek, Popular Psychology, Fortune, etc.  Each student should find at least 2-3 articles about the topic.  Note: Do not use Wikipedia as a source for your research.

· Organize - Slide 1 = introduction/title of presentation/your name/your major.  Slides 2 thru 8 = information found when researched.  Slide 9 = conclusion 

· Prepare an outline of the points you will make in your presentation. Organize the points in the order they will appear in the final presentation.

· You should have enough points for a minimum of 10 slides each. Cite Your Sources

· Slide 10= When submitting slides or composing your PowerPoint presentation, please put the following information in 12 point Times New Romans type in the lower right corner of the slide area:  1) your first and last name, and 2) an APA in-text citation for the information on each slide.  Place your name and in-text citation in brackets ( [ ] ).  Be sure to provide a full Works Cited entry (or entries) for the information you used on your slides that can be inserted at the end of the presentation. The order of how the presentation appears will be determined by you.  Additional  Duties

· organize all slides into the final presentation 

· You will create the presentation title slide with an introduction slide that:  introduces the topic, your name,  full name and current major or future career. 

· prepare your conclusion (sum up for me the main points of the presentation with bulleted phrases).  The conclusion should be included before the Works Cited slide.

·  compile the Works Cited slide in proper APA Format at the end of the presentation.
