Being a senior front-end developer, I worked with many organizations and have to use all of the influencing skills provided in this document. I am a technical expert who has to prepare and present the ideas of developing front-end applications using suitable front-end frameworks. I often need to be assertive to make various stakeholders understand the importance of the topic I am talking about. Being client-centric allows me to provide technology solutions to business requirements. Client-Centric is my style.
Organization management is possible by enhancing the relationship with various stakeholders and listening to their problems. In this way, one can work on the solutions for the issues the team is facing. The Client-Centric style is essential to enhance the organization because one would listen and understand the problems that the group is fighting to solve the issues.
Experts and experience in technology and networking will make others understand the difficulties and forecast the required resources and capacity upfront. The right estimation will bring quality products in a short period. The presentations empower the team with the required pieces of training. In such a way, the team gets motivated with enhanced skills, which in turn increases the productivity and business (Fast Track Tools LLC, 2009). The Client-Centric style is essential to make business representatives accept the proposed technical solution because this skill allows us to understand the different perspectives and win the case. I would be able to handle unexpected situations in technology implementations and answer the questions raised from management and provide the solutions quickly.
