Portrait of a Graduate Our portrait of a graduate is our North Star of scholar outcomes. As we make decisions throughout the next five years, we will come back to this portrait to ensure there is alignment and that what we are implementing ensures the growth of our scholars’ skills in very specific ways. By gathering multiple perspectives, we created a vision for our scholars informed by the village that surrounds them. RePublic scholars will be: Effective communicators
