Portfolio Milestone: Option 2
Various organizations prefer different strategies favoring their managements over unions. The executive tries all means to ensure that their organizations are union-free since unions are likely to compromise the respective operations and consequently limit the endeavor towards achieving the organizational goals. I plan to use a PowerPoint Presentation technique to show the strategy that the organization can use to ovoid unions or limit their adverse effects on its activities.
