Set Up Your Academic/Business Portfolio

You will setup a portfolio on https://www.wix.com/ (Links to an external site.) that showcases your academic excellence and professional experience that could be used to submit to graduate school and/or a prospective employer.

Select a business template from a large assortment of choices on the WIX site.  

After you select the template and login, you will see a video tutorial on how to set up your portfolio.

· Work on your portfolio over the next two weeks. Include a link to your portfolio website for this assignment in Module 4 - Due 9/15.

· Suggested items to include in your portfolio:

· Professional resume (no more than two pages)

· Reference letters from past professors or supervisors (I cannot complete a letter of reference for you from this course)

· Examples of outstanding academic work completed in the BAS in Supervision and Management program. 

· Professional development activities

· Professional and/or academic awards and achievements

· Volunteer activities

· Any other relevant materials (e.g. military experience)

Note: Do not include too much narrative. Otherwise, the reader will lose interest.
