The purpose of comparing the county data to top performer is to find the trends in the social demographic of the county.(Dammann, O., & Smart, B. 2018).  His will help to improve and monitor the health of the population. The data collected from a surveillance system of a behavior risk factor. The challenge for the county for comparing is that some heath trends in the county were higher than in the top performer. The success was that compared to the U.S top performer and the state data, the trend was low.
