The human services and health department has a huge role in addressing the administration policies relating to abortion.

How do you think your selected healthcare issue might get on the agenda for the current and two previous presidents? How does it stay there?

He often addressed abortion during his presidential campaigns. He has addressed the issue already as the U.S president. On his first day in the Oval Office, he signed a restriction on federal money to international groups providing information or performing abortions.

On abortions (Mary Zwygart-Stauffacher, 2013).

He said he should select President Bush. His say on abortion laws was from a sympathetic approach and not a personal approach. He was a Christian president. It helped him in his acts and views on the subject. President Trump does not view the abortion sides that may offer it warrant, for instance, rape victims. Obama is an abortion advocate and is clear that abortions should be a woman's choice despite the reason. He does not regard any person's religious or ethical beliefs on this issue.

A narrative with the Facts

Abortion is a critical health issue that every person and nation should be concerned with. Abortion laws should be followed strictly because unsafe abortion can terminate life (Boonin, 2013). Research has depicted that abortion can result in future pregnancy outcomes and childbearing like spontaneous stillbirth and abortion, ectopic pregnancy, secondary infertility, complication during pregnancy, and low birth weight. It also increases breast cancer risk, mental problems, and premature deaths. Nurses play an important role in agenda-setting for healthcare issues (Hinshaw & Grady, 2010). They influence health care policies via the nurse's daily duty in the delivery of health care. Per the American association of nursing colleges, nursing is the wider health care profession in the U.S, with over 3.8 RNs. They are involved in politics and policies at the federal and state level by joining a professional nursing movement. The movements have lobbyists who advocate for health policies. They also write state representatives concerning health care policies (Jansen, 2019).

Conclusion

On the whole abstract, during the abortion debate, it will continue talking on much argument on two sides of the spectrum as an outcome on the polarizing problem being hard to achieve, they should show important adjustment and flexibility as time changes. Many of the citizens hang out in many underprivileged Americans waiting to be subsidized for health cover. Some years ago, the United States overwhelmingly improved the authority guarantee on health care to every citizen. If they remain firm in their position and their line in the effects of abortion, the whole program may one day not function. If the individual's prelates have the wish of continuing as important players in the making of a decision and having a louder voice in any debate that may come out in the future, they are required to comply with the regulations of the game and accept that any politic system has some degree of taking and giving.
