QUESTION:

Examine the four pillars of public health from your reading. Discuss how some of the public health initiatives have integrated the four pillars to improve population health. (Examples of public health initiatives: Healthy People, Triple Aim, or the CDC 6/18 Initiative)

Identify one health care delivery model from your reading.  Evaluate the strategies used as they relate to three of the following: socioeconomic, legal, ethical, environmental, cultural, regulatory, occupation and global practice.

Explain how these factors could impact a health care delivery system.  As a DNP-prepared nurse leader, what are the top three factors you would address first in meeting population health needs?
