Administrative Issues in law enforcement

Administrative Issues in law enforcement I feel that any career has administrative issues. However, with people's lives involved, law enforcement administrators are under a microscope more often, especially over the years with more attention given to cell phone cameras, social media, etc. I personally feel that if you are doing what you should do that those cameras are not going to let me not do my job or put my life or others in danger because I second guess or are worried about cameras.

Although the media posts what is "newsworthy" and many times not the whole story we can be put in positions that are not favorable to us, the community, departments, or other officers.

What are your thoughts on administrative issues in law enforcement?
