Good start locating sources. I think the first two sources (Campbell/Valera & Embrick/Leo Moore) are excellent! As a third source, I would suggest that you sue a source that can give you a sense of police brutality over time and this article below might be useful because it connects contemporary police violence to changes during the War on Drugs:

 Great ideas, Firstly, I think the approach to studying Black communities as an outlaw group in the context of police brutality is a very good topic. I suggest that you decide on a specific country to study, such as the United States. ( I want you to write about US) In the social movement’s discussion of your paper, you can then give examples of how people have protested this kind of violence against Black communities in the U.S. and in other countries. I think that the best option would be to use the "elite white male dominance system" (Feagin and Ducey) theory for your paper. I encourage you to look at their discussion of racist framing (what they call the "white racial frame") because it can help you understand how this group has been framed and, therefore, targeted for violence historically.
