Some of the organization cultures include student failing exams and bad habits such as fighting in the school. This student habit has a general impact on their performance, where there is a trend of poor performances in the school. They are also an organizational culture where teachers blame students for any failures in the school. The administration was not accountable to its employees, where some of the employees were not held responsible for their performance. The school culture became poor hence leading to poor performance. The administration did have a culture to encourage and motivate employees and students (Howard, Berger & Waikar 2017).

Student mentality in the school must be improved such as middle school mentality. Teachers should not be comparing student over time which in turn creates a mentality in the student that they are poor that previous students. Positive mindset promote the student on school policy will ensure the gradual improvement of student performance and organization culture
The teacher-student attitude should improve to foster a successful culture and mindset. The teacher should be evaluated based on their performance. Teachers must give work to the student such as a remedial and online class to ensure that they catch up with poor performing student. Poor student and teachers must improve by having summer remedial programs (Howard, Berger & Waikar 2017). The process will ensure that school culture and performance gradually improves. Negative perception in the school must be eliminated such as administration policies that do not encourage a positive culture in the organization. Teachers should participate in leadership and evaluating the best management approaches. Non-performing teachers should be replaced with new and experienced teachers. Teachers and other employees in the organization should exercise professionalism in their duties (Stronge, 2018 p.2003). Teachers should have effective teaching techniques and proper assessment method to ensure that success culture in the school is enhanced.
Propose Change Management Strategies
Management is key players to implement change in an organization. The management of the school influence other players to change the culture of the organization such as changing the perception of teachers to the student and for student towards their education. Management will be responsible for creating enabling environment for the student to learn and for the teachers to teach. The school worked with the student in ensuring that they respect each other through encouragement. Cases of student culture such as fighting, racism and other unethical behavior will be greatly reduced. The management goodwill to implement strategies that will improve on the performance of the school will be key ( Howard ,Berger & Waikar 2017).
A new and experience management will be employed. The new management will ensure that problems facing the school are solved and best decisions are given. Experience management will enhance organization culture in ensuring that all the resources are managed and utilized appropriately. Most problems and organizational culture change are initiated internally. Having the right management in place will ensure that all the process run swift. The management will be tasked with changing the organizational culture which is mainly on the perception of student teachers and other employees. Professionalism in teachers and other employees must be encouraged by the school management.

The process of identifying the changes includes identification of failures in the current system, management or culture in the organization. St. Martin de Porres School of the Cristo Rey Network will realize its success if they carefully examine their failure and work with a given strategy to implement the changes such as in students, teachers, and management.
