Allegory	Allegory is termed as an extended metaphor in which places, characters and objects in a story stand in place of figurative meaning.
Alliteration	This the process of repeating initial stressed word or letter within a given verse or line.
Anaphora	Anaphora is the process of repetition of every successful word at the start of a phrase, clause or even lines and is mostly used in political speeches.
Allusion	This is an intentional reference to an historical event or literary person
Blank Verse	Blank verse is described as unrhyming iambi termed as the heroic verse. In this case parameter is a five feet line.
Connotation	An idea which a word invokes in a person additionally to their key meaning
Figurative Language	This use of imagery which mental images and tones which is the feeling or attitudes towards speaker’s audience in a given story or poem.
Hyperbole	Hyperbole occurs when there is exaggerations in a story or poem.
Imagery	Imagery is defined as one of structures in a poem that invokes use of mental images and imaginations.
Metaphor	Metaphor is defined as a direct comparison in a story or poem.
Meter	Meter is the rhythmical sequence of stressed words and the unstressed syllables in line or verse.
Personification	Personification is the process of attribution to personal nature to something that is not alive.
Rhyme	Rhyme is the repetition of words at end of a line or verse.
Rhythm	It the audible series or flow in a verse which is established by ranges between stressed syllables
Simile	Simile is a comparison of words and things by use of “like”, “as” or “than”
Sonnet	It is divided into octave rhyming 1221221 and sestet rhyming 343434 or 345545, Making it a 14-line poem.
Symbol	Symbol is anything in the world of senses
Theme	Theme is defined as subject of talk or an idea that takes place in a talk
Tone	Tone is described as the speaker’s emotion or feelings towards his or her audience.
