For any organization, customer data is a valuable thing. A team that has correctly formatted clean, precise data would be able to provide a suitable quality of service while saving time and resources. A customer management system is a group of all the processes, procedures, and software required to maintain relationships with customers. It is often generally referred to as Customer Relationship Management.

It is a challenge in itself to store consumer data on emails, spreadsheets or paper. The collection of data from such resources is rather slow, and this information is likely to be lost or deleted since it is unstructured. So, a company must ensure that it has the correct processes in place for dealing with customers in today's dynamic business environment.

Strength

My SRS(software requirement specification) document is well written ,I have also an experienced team mates .I have my hands on the technology in which I am going to develop this system therefore I will try to complete my project on time.

Weaknesses

This software will be web dependent only. It will also do not conform the effectiveness of real time data display. Technology Requirements are underestimated. Operating cost is also high it requires highly trained employees.

Opportunities

Increasing demand will be a great opportunity for me. I will get the chance to learn something new throughout the project development.

Threats

Team politics can make implementation difficult. Initiative for this project is not clearly defined as planned. Already available solutions can be challenge for me in future as a competitor.
