PROJECT MANAGEMENTS

This week you will create a detailed budget for your project that is in a suitable format to be presented to third parties, including your project sponsor or executives. You can prepare this budget using Word or Excel.  It is a familiar software and is very user-friendly when creating a budget.  You want to refer back to the Project Charter created earlier in the class.  The numbers for the detailed budget will come from this document.  You will be able to see the variance in the projected and the actual costs for the project.  The client is always happy when a project comes in under budget.  You can also leverage the template found in figure 7.1 of your textbook.  

Please include a title page for the assignment. Be sure to follow APA and include a reference page. The assignment is due Sunday, August 22, 2021. If you cannot make this due date, you must notify me in advance and work out arrangements for submitting this assignment late.
