So, when in the project when issues arise that we need Human resources for we already have made them mindful, the company has a written document explaining what we need and the whys, also how worry is no concern related to anything hindering our time schedule or need. According to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), successful project managers will have multiple areas of expertise (Project Management Institute, 2005). One of this expertise must be multitasking and forecasting. Seeing the issues that may arise a head of time and planning for them. This will be a great way to keep us on track and also make sure we have all the resources we need to complete the project properly.
