Learning Team Assignment: Blog--Critical Success Factors in Project Management

Purpose of Assignment

To understand how to run a successful project, students must examine what factors contribute to a failed project. Failed projects may be costly to organizations, but research shows the incidence is high. Several best practices are suggested to help project managers overcome these challenges, resulting in successful projects. Students will research this phenomenon. Teams also identify critical success factors in project management, providing linkage between theory and practical application of best practices of project management.
