Complete the sections below. Delete the instructional italicized text. Each section should be approximately 90–175 words.
Refer to the Wk 2 Summative Assessment: Project Management Institute (PMI) Methodology Initiating and Planning Components, Wk 3 Summative Assessment: Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Risk Register, and Wk 4 Chart: Backlogs when completing each section. Do NOT include anything that is not in the Project Charter or the ABC Scenarios. We know what happened with this project as it’s been the subject of the three previous assessments in Weeks 2- 4. Everything that occurred has been dealt with in assignments so there is no need to make anything up.

Project Overview and Summary of Changes
Write a high-level overview that summarizes the original objectives, changes requested by the business, and how the project was adapted to the business’s needs.
Initial Project Scope and Business Requirements
Define the original project scope, schedule, and baseline. Explain any business requirements provided and their impact on the project.
Assessment of Adjustments and Modifications
Define specific changes made to the project schedule, scope, and deliverables due to the client’s changing needs. Include an explanation of how these changes were managed using baseline tracking and variance analysis.
Challenges of Adapting
Describe any challenges that occurred while adapting and how they were addressed. This may include challenges about priority ratings, estimating hours, communication, etc.
Evaluation of Changes on Project Performance
Evaluate the impact of the changes on the project performance.
Project Adaptability and Project Management Techniques
Reflect on the lessons learned from adapting the project to the business’s changing needs. Include any suggestions or recommendations for addressing similar challenges in future projects. Summarize thoughts on the project management techniques used and how they can be improved in future projects.
Final Thoughts
Summarize any comments that have not yet been addressed about the project and any other notes about the completion of the project.
