Culture/Climate Action Plan

The culture/climate action plan should be created and submitted by administrators, teachers and support personnel at the same school or LEA. This action plan should be based upon the strategies learned in the face-to-face and online components of this PLU. Action steps for each module of this PLU should include:

· Awareness

· Guided Practice

· Modeling and Demonstration

· Feedback, Reflection and Analysis

The general goal for each Module must include a component for staff training as well as an organized comprehensive plan for student involvement. Each action plan must also include a parent/community stakeholder component. The concepts of respect, educate, equity, environment and diversity must be included when appropriate.

Overarching Goal: This action plan should be completed in its entirety. This action plan must be fully executable and be completed within one year of the completion of this PLU . All resources used must be listed in the action plan.
